COVID-19 Information Update

We are proud to announce that based on assessment of COVID situation in the host country as well as in other European countries, taking into account softening of the pandemic measures, the Lux Europa Council decided to hold the conference with physical in-person participation.

We want to assure You that we will safeguard all measures implied by the regulatory requirements in all premises and during the entire event. We commit to pass the highest possible attention to protect our participants and the organizing staff.

We should always have in mind that the situation can change and in worst case the newer preventions can potentially lead to cancellation of physical form of the event. Such circumstances are considered as force majeure beyond reliability of the organizers. However, we would like to positively motivate particpants by setting up a fair cancellation policy so that participants do not need to make any worries when registering to the conference.
